The Radish is grown organically on the west coast and in the Philippi area.
Enjoying Radish is really easy. If you are like me and do not mind a bit of a spicy hint to your foods then eating Radish raw will be a treat. Alternatively Cooking or roasting the Radish reduces the spiciness and can be enjoyed this way.
This lovely root veg is loaded as a superfood with vitamins. It is also said to be helpful in drawing out toxins from the body as well as helps oxygenate the blood.
